The building, dating back to the 18th century, was originally a cowhouse built in stone. The intervention aimed at preserving the old elements adopting modern technical facilities. The kitchen has been joined to the living room and a passage opened to the basement. The beam and wooden planks of the ceiling have been restored. The bathrooms have patterned tiles and the local stone on the walls. The preserved larch-wood flooring plays a prominent role in this renovation.
