The intervention in the villa aimed at preserving the old elements, on the other hand adopting modern technical facilities. At the ground floor is now located the living area, a large living room and a kitchen both with chimneys. The bedrooms are in the upper floors accessible through a stone staircase. Two nice terraces and a garden courtyard look out onto the Como lake.
