The apartment, in an early twentieth century building, was traditionally planned with small rooms opening to a central corridor. The present distribution is articulated around a large day area including a living room divided from the kitchen by a boiserie covered wall. Another boiserie covered wall embraces the French marble fireplace. The master bathroom is accessible through a wardrobe with walls in Pink Estremoz marble. The entrance and the hallway have seminato floors, all the rooms have an old French restored parquet floor.
