The horseshoe shaped building, an old laboratory, faces a garden paved in staves with grassy areas.
The living room is characterized by the long kitchen mono block. The office area is reached from the living room by a cantilever stairway. From the mezzanine level another staircase leads into the relax room facing the terrace. The bedrooms are double height, with the beds positioned on the mezzanine level.
The bathrooms, situated underneath, have walls covered in mosaic work.
