The flat is on the 23rd floor of the only residential skyscraper in Milan, from the fifties to the new century. The project has been conceived as a 350 smq box inside a larger container (the building concrete skin). The rooms are located around the living area which faces north towards Gio Ponti’s “Pirelli” building. The service area with its stainless steel kitchen faces east. All the bathrooms are covered to their full height with brushed arenaria stone.
