This exclusive five-story villa, set on a prime plot, was designed in collaboration with Patricia Urquiola and Hadi Teherani Architects. The home combines contemporary sophistication with artisanal detail throughout.

The ground floor features a formal boardroom, pooja room, dining area, and kitchen. On the first floor, family rooms surround a dramatic double-height living room, highlighted by a full marble wall by Budri. Additional family spaces on the second floor overlook the living area, enhancing the sense of openness.

The third floor houses a grand double office, a ballroom, and a velvet-lined private theater. The top floor includes a rooftop garden with a pool, gym, and spa — a private retreat above the city.

White Italian marble floors define all common areas, while bedrooms feature custom-patterned parquet. Soft textile boiserie and waved marble slats ensure acoustic comfort and visual elegance, particularly in the pooja room and staircases.

Bespoke elements include a 6-meter marble dining table by Budri, custom chandeliers in key spaces, and a dramatic inlaid wooden portal in the lobby, framing a vintage Lasvit chandelier.
