Hotel Heliconia

Heliconia Hotel is a new design concept for a 90-key business hotel in Nigeria, offering a refined yet comfortable experience for modern travelers. Rooted in the spirit of the genius loci, the project embraces local materials such as wood and stone to create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

Guest rooms are designed with spacious workstations and elegant, minimalist bathrooms, combining functionality with understated style. The lounge, lobby, and restaurant feature cozy seating and soundproof textile screens that subtly divide the space while maintaining a relaxed ambiance. A dramatic timber trunk anchors the reception area, adding a striking natural element.

Custom-made furnishings, local textiles, and handcrafted art pieces lend an authentic character throughout the hotel. A private garden provides a tranquil oasis for guests, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of the surrounding city.
